Cystic acne breakouts can be very annoying as well as painful. Cystic acne is considered by many to be one of the worst kinds of acne because of how resistant it is to the more traditional methods of treatment. This form of acne is not typical in the sense that cysts form on the skin, as opposed to just zits or pimples. These can be painful and look very ugly. Because traditional methods don't work, it can be very frustrating to deal with this condition, however it's important not to discount the traditional methods entirely.
