How to Cure Acne - For Good

By Chase Michaels

You may think that curing acne isn't possible. That is simply not the case. You have been fed misinformation over the years, and the only way to completely cure acne for good is to do it the all natural way.
This means altering your diet, exercising, and supplementing with high quality (all natural) supplements. Sound hard? It isn't. It just takes motivation. If you don't want to put in a little bit of work, then you will NOT get 100% clear and stay that way. If you are like me, and have tried everything on the market with little to no success, keep reading....
The biggest lifestyle change you will have to make it changing your diet. Despite what dermatologists say, diet plays a crucial role in the development of acne if you are acne prone. This is why your friends might be able to eat whatever they want but you cannot. It's pretty simple, really.
Stop eating inflammatory foods like vegetable oil, excess sugar, and processed foods. Also, avoiding saturated fat is important as well. Stick to whole foods like lean meat, nuts, fruits, and vegetables.
There are also foods you can eat that give your body the nutrition it needs to fend off acne.
The next step is to start exercising at least 4-5 times a week. It only needs to be for 20-30 minutes at a time. Aerobic exercise in particular helps improve circulation, regulate over-active hormones, and clears toxins from your system. Pick something you enjoy like running, playing basketball, or even swimming.
Lastly, and this step is optional, is to supplement. Supplementing is not mandatory but will speed up the clearing process immensely. I recommend 3 high quality supplements that you can find at any health food store, like Spirulina. It's inexpensive and one of the most nutrient dense super-foods on Earth.
If you want a detailed blueprint on how you can get clear in about 3 and a half weeks like I did (and we're talking massive cystic back acne, along with 'regular' face acne), check out my blog today. Good luck.
