Drink plenty of water-
Make sure to drink plenty of water as this is the best way to flush out all the toxins from your body. Toxins harbored within the body erupt in various ways; one of them being acne. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, keeping sweets and non vegetarian foods at a minimum.
Popping your acne-
If you do have an ugly pimple glaring you in the face and need to pop it, then use this guided step. Use a compress which is wet and hot, on the particular pimple or pimples to be popped. Just take care to use a fresh cotton compress each time. The pimple will turn white after this.
Now use a sterilized needle to prick the head. Sterilize the needle by holding it over a burning flame or wash it in alcohol. Gently squeeze out the matter from one pimple before attempting the other. Wash and disinfect your hands before and after each squeeze. Lastly pat dry the pimple, with a clean disposable towel. You may try applying a dab of baking soda dissolved in water before you sleep. You will see a miraculous change the next morning.
It is not relaxation time after your date is done. Remember the diet and water intake. Avoid the sun and make up too to avoid an emergency for your next date.
